We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Intent (MOI) on 4th of February 2025 with the Honorable Minister Mr. Passale Kanabe Marcelin of Power and Water, Government of Tchad, for a 100MW solar power plant in Chad.
This milestone project will harness Chad’s solar resources to provide clean, reliable energy, reduce fossil fuel dependence, and support climate action. The MOI outlines key terms, including scope, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring effective collaboration.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Honorable Minister of Power and Water, Government of Tchad, for their vision and leadership in promoting renewable energy in Chad. On January 3, 2025, I had the privilege of visiting T-Chad, Africa, at the invitation of the Ministry of Energy and Water of the Government of T-Chad. During the visit, I met with the Honorable Minister, Mr. Passale Kanabe Marcelin, to discuss the upcoming 100 MW Solar Power Project in Chad (Central Africa).
